Howdy. I’m an Austin-based marketer, politico, and arts enthusiast.

I was born in a small, dusty town in Far West Texas to a butcher and a librarian. I only eat poultry and prefer non-fiction.

A bit of what I’ve done: I am the founder and principal consultant of the Department of Influence, created Longhorn Humor & Latino Humor, and currently work at Publicis Sapient. I’ve also served on the SXSW Interactive Advisory Board since 2011.

I’ve been featured on C-SPAN, Al Jazeera, Washington Life, Minority Business Entrepreneur, PR Newswire, Latino Leaders, and a few more places.

Speaking engagements include The New York Times, SXSW, George Washington University, Voto Latino Power Summit, and The University of Texas at Austin.

Clients I’ve worked with include Dr Pepper, AB InBev, Diageo, Voto Latino, Rock the Vote, Chevrolet, Mars Inc., Jack Daniel’s, PepsiCo, Lowe’s, Kimberly Clark, Jamba Juice, Heinz Ketchup, Texas Lottery, Domino’s, Indio Beer, Tecate, McDonald’s, Visionworks, Sprint, Valvoline, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Hilton, USAA, Patrón, T-Mobile
